Drew McIntyre Wrestlemania Interview
Interviewer:Alright we are here with WWE Performer Drew McIntyre, just hours leading into Wrestlemania 28 coming up 7PM Eastern on Sunday night, as a performer, tell us about this process for you getting set for Wrestlemania, performing on such a big stage.
Drew:What can I say? I've worked my entire life to get here and to have the opportunity to be here at the Axxess event, to give back to something that I've wanted to do forever, and always wanted to be part of. Unfortunately, I always wanted to GO to Axxess, and now, if I try to walk around, people recognise me, so I'm planning to wear a big disguise and sneak around here,
Interviewer:You need a mask!
Drew McIntyre:I do need a mask! I just want to sneak around here incognito cause this is AWESOME. I wanna check out myself, and tomorrow's Wrestlemania!
Interviewer:This is gonna be really cool for you, because as a native of Scotland, I mean, we've run into a bunch of fans here from Scotland, I mean it's not always you get to meet a lot of your fans from your home country, I mean it's just amazing the amount of countries here, where people congregate here.
Drew McIntyre:It's incredible, you know like, the big sports here, the American football, the baseball, like we have REAL football, soccer, it's a ball you kick it! FOOTBALL! But, no other sport has what we have, no one travels the way the WWE fans travel, like we are global, we're not just based in one place, people will come from all over to see Wrestlemania, and you know, UH! I'm so fired up, I can't wait til tomorrow!
Interviewer:You're involved in the 12 man tag and obviously every performer, I mean they wanna have their shining moment, when you're in there with so many bodies I mean, how do you approach that match where, you wanna have your moment as well as all the other guys?
Drew McIntyre:Oh that's easy I'll just tag myself in! They wont have a choice, they get close to me I'll tag myself in and take my moment! Who's in my team? Yeah I can beat them all up in a second. Miz? Pfff!
Interviewer:Well it is coming up on Sunday night, 7PM Eastern, Wrestlemania 28, and Red Bull, get this man a sponsorship!
